More About Mark

Mark Nichols, MD, is a General Surgeon and is an advanced laparoscopic surgeon and partners with Joseph Leal, MD, General Surgeon.

Dr. Nichols earned his degree from the Autonomous University of Guadalajara in Guadalajara, Mexico in 1979. He completed his residency in general surgery at Rush-Presbyterian-St. Luke's Medical Center, Chicago, Illinois and is board certified by the American Board of Surgery.

Dr. Nichols was in private practice for over 25 years in Redding, California at Northern California Surgical Group before coming to GMC. He is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and a member of the American Society of General Surgeons. "I look forward to this opportunity and working with the people in eastern Montana," Dr. Nichols said.
