More About Richard

Richard Lewis, DO, joined GMC as an Obstetrician and Gynecologist. He provides comprehensive Women's Health Care Services at Gabert Clinic.

Dr. Lewis received his medical degree from the University of Medicine and Dentistry, School of Osteopathic Medicine in Stratford, New Jersey. He completed his residency at Monmouth Medical Center in Long Branch, New Jersey and remained there as a faculty member teaching new residents and medical students. He came to GMC with more than 22 years of medical practice experience. He has also served as a Flight Surgeon in the United States Air Force Reserve holding the rank of Lieutenant Colonel.

Dr. Lewis is board certified by the American Board of Ob-Gyn and is a Fellow of the American Congress of Obstetrics and Gynecology (FACOG). "This has been a great opportunity for us. My wife Wende and I really enjoy this community and all this part of the country has to offer. Glendive is a great place to live and practice," Dr. Lewis said.
